We are a team whose core members have extensive experience, coming from different professional fields within the property spectrum. Whilst we are a relatively young company, before forming we had very strong track records individually with many successful deals behind us. Since coming together initially in 2011, our success has thankfully grown further.

The team has various qualified and experienced specialists who can provide the specific knowledge required on differing aspects of deals, from site selection and planning, through to development and sales. 

Furthermore, we have a close relationship with all of the firms in our select professional panel, who ensure that we have support in all areas required. They focus on specific areas including planning, architectural design, surveying, sales, legal and conveyancing.

To date we have a superb track record in gaining planning on sites and selling them at a significant increase in value - an area we focused on in the earlier days of the company. We are now undertaking developments too with successful completions achieved and sold. 

Based on our track record in delivering excellent returns, our investors are more than satisfied and typically re-enter new deals with us. We hope to continue this trend and do not take anything for granted as we continue to strive for maximum returns.
